("COMPANY") or iii) utilizing any of the products or services from COMPANY through this site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify them at any time. You should check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. By using this site after we post any changes to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them. With regard to products and services purchased or utilized from COMPANY, the version of these Terms and Conditions that were posted at the time of purchase or utilization apply. If at any time you choose not to accept these Terms and Conditions of use, do not use this site.
I. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Restrictions on Use
I will not collect personal information from, or market to the attendees of this program. I understand that the identities of staff and participants of this Program are to be kept confidential. Privacy is important to attendees and staff of this program. I agree not to use any audio or video recording devices during or throughout any of the content and forum areas within this program. I agree that this program and the audience may be audio or video recorded by COMPANY and Secret Society Mastermind (SSM). I agree not to share any information including audio, video files and documents with any other parties. Only if you obtain prior written consent from us with an interest in the relevant intellectual property may you publish, display or commercially exploit any material from the Site.
I understand the contents of this program, marketing materials relating to it, and it’s contents are protected by copyright and trademark laws, and are the property of Timothy Marc Global Pty Ltd and that any duplication or derivative works is unlawful. Unless we say otherwise, you may access the materials located within the Site only for your personal use. When you download copyrighted material you do not obtain any ownership rights in that material.
I agree that I will not disclose to any such competing individual or company any of the content I am exposed to at the program or use any of the information I learn in a program as the basis for a competing business. This material is confidential, and for my personal private use only. Recording any portion of this program will result in me being removed from this program without refund.
I agree never to use any of the content that I learn in an unlawful manner. I shall not hold SSM or its principal liable in any way whatsoever for any damages as a result of using or my inability to use the concepts I learn at this training and other third-party providers used, or any product or service that you are exposed to as a result of my relationship with SSM. I agree to forgo litigation and settle the matter using Binding Arbitration if a conflict should arise between SSM (including it’s staff and Principal) and I.
I shall not share any information on the identities of the attendees of the SSM program outside of the official Facebook group. I also understand that the official Facebook group and community is a place of positivity and growth - meaning I will not bring any unnecessary negativity, put down other members or any other “general uncoolness” as decided by Tim and the Timothy Marc Global staff.
b) Money Back Guarantee
I understand that to be eligible for the program’s money back guarantee, I must attend and satisfactorily attempt the outlined action steps during the program. This 30-day money back guarantee period begins on the date that you purchase the SSM program. Before the end of the 30-day money back guarantee period I need to email Tim at tim@timothymarc.com requesting a refund from SSM and forfeit all SSM privileges. Failure to meet any of these criteria may result in a refund request being denied.
There is a ZERO tolerance policy and any information sharing, outside discussion or “trolling” will result in my immediate suspension from the group and render me ineligible for a refund. I understand that any account misuse/abuse (e.g. multiple people logging into the one account OR any “group buy” activity where people have pooled funds for an account), multiple IP addresses or suspicious activity will also result in immediate termination. I agree that there is only one person using this account. Multiple people using the one account, unless without permission from the Timothy Marc Global, will result in account termination and render me ineligible for a refund.
c) Memberships
Payment Plan: The SSM has a Payment Plan option for those who wish to manage their budget by paying for program by payments. By entering into a Payment Plan you must have the capacity to pay your eight (8) monthly payments within the terms of the agreement. After the initial deposit of $879 USD is made on the date of purchase, the remaining seven (7) monthly payments will be due the following months, respectively. By opting to use the Payment Plan to purchase SSM you authorise the Timothy Marc Global to arrange direct payments from your nominated credit card in the specified amounts and intervals. If your payment is declined during the payment period, support@timothymarc.com will contact you requesting immediate payment. Failing to honour a SSM Payment will result in your access being suspended until further payment is made.
Full Payment: The SSM has a more affordable Full Payment option for those who wish to pay for the course upfront. By paying for the SSM program in a full payment your nominated payment type will be charged $5,997 USD (a discount of $1,035 when compared to the Payment Plan). The payment will be deducted on the day of purchase.
